Key Responsibilities:
​

  • Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and compliance reports for businesses and individuals.

  • Provide accounting and financial advisory services to a portfolio of clients.

  • Ensure compliance with Australian taxation laws and ATO regulations.

  • Assist in business structuring, forecasting, and financial planning.

  • Collaborate with junior accountants and provide mentorship.

 
Required Skills & Qualifications:
​

  • CPA/CA qualification (or working towards completion).

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting or advisory services.

  • Strong knowledge of Australian taxation, accounting standards, and compliance.

  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks.

  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Tax Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tax planning and compliance advice to businesses and individuals.

  • Prepare and review tax returns, BAS, and GST compliance reports.

  • Stay updated with Australian tax laws and provide insights to clients.

  • Assist clients with ATO audits and dispute resolution.

  • Develop tax-efficient strategies for clients.

 
Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • CPA/CA qualification preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in taxation advisory.

  • Strong knowledge of Australian tax laws and compliance requirements.

  • Ability to interpret and apply complex tax legislation.

Business Advisory Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic business advice to startups and established companies.

  • Assist clients with business structuring, cash flow management, and financial planning.

  • Conduct market and financial analysis to identify growth opportunities.

  • Support international businesses in establishing operations in Australia.

  • Develop customized business improvement strategies for clients.

 
Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • CPA/CA qualification preferred.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in business advisory or consulting.

  • Strong financial modeling and analysis skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience in working with SMEs and high-net-worth individuals.

Client Services Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client onboarding and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
